BreezeWear EU is an online store offering portable cooling products and summer comfort essentials within the European Union.

Prices

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, payment issue, stock issue, suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page for return conditions and instructions. Do not send products back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
