Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been processed.
Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us first at breezewear.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. After approval, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition.
- Items should include original packaging where possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will help you find a suitable solution.
Business registration details such as KVK and VAT/BTW will be added once available.
