How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the EU takes 8–15 business days. You always get a tracking link by email.

How do I charge the fan?

Every fan comes with a USB charging cable — charge it from a power bank, laptop or any USB adapter, just like your phone.

How long does the battery last?

Depending on the speed setting, a full charge lasts several hours of continuous use — enough for a beach day or a commute.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to return your order, no reason needed. See our Shipping & Returns page.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Email us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently we ship within the European Union only.
